2019 Mack Alive Parade.

In case you missed the 2019 Mack Alive Parade. Here’s what you missed.

Over the weekend on Sat August 24th 2019, Mack Alive hosted its 28th Parade and Rally. This year’s theme was Do The Right Thing. The Parade started on Detoirt’s east side at St Jean and Mack and ended at East Grand Blvd which is where the Rally was hosted.

The Parade was lead by Cass Tech Marching band.

The Rally had plenty of entertainment for the children, including bounce houses and Modeling clay to play with.

The rally had several vendors such as American Red Cross, Flag Star Bank and Detroit Community Health Connection, Etc.

Some local Entrepreneurs also took part in showing their support such as:

Saved Detroit was there Raffling off bookbags and back to school supplies.

LaQuint & Janae ( Uncut Rhodes)

LaQuint & Janae are the founders of Love Over Everything. Their 1 year anniversary is Sept 22, 2019.

The Pewabic Street Team, had a stove on sight that allows them to heat, created clay figures as well as a mobile unit that you were able to view already crafted vases.

Jazz white

Check out Jazz white founder of Jazz Harmony’s. Specializing in Hibachi & Sushi. She’s a in house Chef. Tell her the time…tell her the place and she’ll cook for you.

Detroit party marching band

The Detroit Party Marching Band. Preforms at bars/ parades/ funerals/ picnics/ bar mitzvahs near you. Email them at [email protected] to book them.

The United States Marine Corps was also in attendance.

All in all it was a great event, alot of positive energy and support from the community. The Mack Alive is hosted every year on August 24th. Be sure to check out next year event.
