According to TMZ 69s lawyer Dawn Florio, feels that due the fact that he cooperated with the feds during the racketeering case against the tr3yway bloods, plus if all of the defendants pled guilty AND the trail is called off. His client will be released on his next court date as early as next year. Consider they’ll ask the judge to grant time served of course.
So far 10 defendant’s have pled guilty. That list includes 6ix9ine, Shotti, Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones, Jensel “Ish” Butler, Faheem “Crippy” Walter , Kintea “Kooda” McKenzie, Fuguan Lovick, Roland “Ro Murda” Martin, Denard Butler and Fugan “Fu Banga”
Two defendants remain. Anthony “Harv” Ellison who was charged in a previous indictment with racketeering and firearms offenses and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack, who was charged with with racketeering, narcotics, and firearms.
